LA Riots: A Bushfire of Unrest, Not Yet a Revolution, By Charles Taylor (Florida)

Los Angeles is smouldering. Protests against President Trump's immigration policies have erupted into riots, with reports of violence, property damage, and clashes with law enforcement. Some, like attorney Larry Klayman and Dr. Naomi Wolf, warn of a "Bolshevik-style revolution" orchestrated by foreign powers or shadowy donors like George Soros, aiming to topple the government and crash the economy. But let's douse the flames of hyperbole: this isn't a revolution. It's a bushfire, intense, destructive, but containable with the right response.

The term "revolution" conjures images of 1917 Russia or Mao's China, mass movements with widespread support and a collapsing state. The LA riots, while volatile, don't fit the bill. Opinion polls show most Americans oppose street violence, and the protests, driven by groups like the Party for Socialism and Liberation, lack the broad backing needed for systemic upheaval. Claims of foreign funding from China, Iran, or North Korea, or domestic plots by Soros, remain speculative, with no concrete evidence tying them to the unrest, yet. The 272 legal cases against the Trump administration, as Klayman notes, signal political opposition, not a coordinated coup. This isn't a colour revolution, it's a localised flare-up rooted in real grievances over immigration enforcement.

Like an Aussie bushfire in dry brush, the LA riots are fuelled by tension, anger over ICE raids, distrust in institutions, and political polarisation. Without containment, the flames could spread to other cities, as activist networks organise and social media amplifies outrage. We're already seeing signs of escalation: reports of protesters breaking curbs for projectiles suggest premeditation, and clashes with police could intensify if heavy-handed tactics are used. A "Kent State" moment, a tragic death during a crackdown, remains a risk, potentially galvanising more unrest.

But bushfires don't burn forever. The 2020 George Floyd protests, which dwarf today's riots in scale, eventually cooled through de-escalation, policy adjustments, and public fatigue. The same is likely here. Federal and local authorities can contain the violence by balancing firm enforcement with restraint, avoiding overreach like martial law, which Klayman advocates, but risks inflaming tensions. Negotiations with protest leaders or temporary pauses in high-profile ICE operations could sap the fire's momentum.

The Trump administration has a chance to extinguish this blaze before it spreads. Declaring martial law or arresting figures like Governor Newsom or Mayor Bass, as Klayman suggests, would be like pouring fuel on the fire, alienating moderates and validating claims of authoritarianism. Instead, targeted policing, community outreach, and clear communication about immigration policies can keep the unrest from becoming a national crisis. Economic impacts, so far limited to local businesses, are unlikely to spiral into a broader collapse without a larger trigger.

The LA riots are a warning, not a revolution. They're a bushfire that can burn hot but be contained with smart strategy. Both sides will try to fan the flames for political gain, Democrats framing it as resistance, Republicans as chaos, but the majority of Americans want calm, not conflict. By addressing the root causes, like immigration policy divides, and avoiding escalation, Americans can keep this fire from consuming more than it already has.

"LA More Than An Insurrection, "It's A Bolshevik-Style Revolution" Driven By Foreign Money

Renowned attorney Larry Klayman predicted on USAWatchdog months ago that there would be full-blown, legal civil war happening in the court system.

With 272 cases and counting filed against the Trump Administration, that prediction has proven spot-on.

Klayman also predicted months ago that violence from the "rabid Left" would not only increase but "explode." The LA riots prove another bullseye for Klayman.

What Klayman is seeing is far more than some violent protests on the West Coast.

Klayman warns, "This is a very dire period..."

" We knew this was coming. This is more than an insurrection, this is a Bolshevik style revolution. It's not just Bolsheviks, but it's every conceivable leftist radical group. This is financed, undoubtedly, by people like George Soros. . .. Karen Bass is a DEI affirmative action mayor in Los Angeles. She was going to be Biden's second choice to be vice president, God forbid. . .. They are using her. The Left is using her, and they are using Newsom and others. They want there to be some kind of tragedy in LA. They want there to be some kind of Kent State where someone gets killed. They want one of these protesters to be killed by the National Guard or by the military. This will be a flash point to carry forth this Bolshevik revolution. They want to take this county down to ground zero. This is what they are trying to do. They want to destabilize the country and bring these radicals out."

Klayman goes on to say, "There is, undoubtedly, foreign money involved probably from communist China, Iran and North Korea..."

" There is probably money coming from the Left with Soros and others.

They want this country at a point that is destroyed, and then they take control. That is their motivation. That is what happened in Russia when they had the Bolshevik Revolution. That's what happened in China with Mao. This is a plan. This is a playbook. This is why we need to push back, and that is why President Trump needs to crush this right now to make an example of this. Frankly, he should have Governor Newsom arrested, and he should have Karen Bass arrested. They are inciting violence, and they are fomenting revolution. . ..

We are under attack, and President Trump needs to declare martial law."

Klayman says the riots in LA are not a sign of Trumps failure as a President, but it is a sign of his success.

Klaman explains, "They are making their move. .."

"We predicted this several months ago. It was just a matter of time, and it built and built and built, and now they see Trump, regardless of these judges . . . and they see Trump is at the point of possibly succeeding. So, they are going to do a number on the President of the United States. . ..

Iran is not going to give way, and they are going to continue to enrich uranium. They know, ultimately, we will be backed into a corner, and we are going to have to attack them. This is a last-ditch effort to try to eliminate President Trump and try to weaken our country before that occurs."

Klayman says the so-called autopen scandal of the Biden Administration will reveal that pardons were sold by staff. Klayman contends this is something Trump did not do in office the first term or this term.

Klayman says, "The whole system is corrupt. It is a pay-to-play system. . .. The American people were sold out. I doubt there was not much of anything that was approved by Joe Biden."

In closing, Klayman says:

"This is a do or die life experience. Today it's LA, tomorrow it's going to be coming to your hometown and your neighborhood."

Former Democrat political consultant Dr. Naomi Wolf (@naomirwolf) joins The Alex Jones Show to break down why the escalating unrest being fueled by Democrat leaders could be the tipping point that ushers in organized violence, economic upheaval, and a series of terror attacks reminiscent of past color revolutions.
