This is freely admitted by the authorities, but they say this shows that the vaccines actually work! But, consider a parallel situation. If some new food additive was found to have the same mortality rate, would one say that this was actually an effective additive, even if people the chemical did not kill found that it had some benefits, or none at all? Surely the food additive would be banned due to the harm caused to a few? So, applied to Covid, what is the difference?

For any medical procedure we need to have fully informed consent, and part of that involves knowing exactly what the risks are. For example, a friend had a hernia and went to the hospital to check out surgery. It is done using a synthetic mesh. As my friend had allergies to many synthetic products, I told him to ask what the mesh was made of. The surgeon did not know, and looked it up on the net.
